Leixlip SFAI winner, Andrew Omobamidele started at Centre Half last night for the Irelands U17's and popped up with a superb 88th minute equaliser to cancel out the opener from the Czech Republic down in a packed RSC in Waterford. 

Andrew's former Leixlip clubmate Josh Giurgi made a big impact as a second half substitute while the other former Leixlip SFAI winner Harry Walwax was also in the squad.

It looks like Ireland will now need to beat Belgium in the next game in Tallaght stadium on this Thursday at 7pm. (May 9th) so please come out and support the lads if you can.
